Frequently asked questions about buying tickets online

Q.  What is Paypal?
A. PayPal, an eBay Company, enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online.  When you use your credit card to buy concert tickets through Paypal, they processes the card and send a notification email to Acoustic Adventures.  

Q. How do I pick the seat I want for those reserved seating shows?
A. Sorry, but we don't have a way to show the available seats for each show onlin.  But you can add comments to the order like "please give me an aisle seat".  Otherwise, Trudy will just pick the best seats for you.  

Q. How do I get my ticket?
A. Trudy mails it to you.  If the show is in less than a week, we'll have the ticket at the door for you as a "Will Call".

Q. Does Paypal cost anything?
A. Starting an account at Paypal is free.  But there is a $2 shipping and handling fee per ticket order to defray the fees Paypal charges us.  So it is slightly cheaper to order a ticket by phone (488-0556) or in person at Grassroots Guitar on College road opposite Creamers Field.
